The tungsten carbide button is sintered by coarse grained powder, with properties of high hardness and good transverse-rupture strength, as well as corrosion resistance, resistance to acid and alkali.

The consistent performance and tolerance are mainly attributed to our pure raw materials and strict ISO quality control. All of our carbide buttons are made from virgin raw materials and HIP sintered for the top good quality and high performance. Tungsten carbide grade:The components of tungsten carbide are WC(hard phase) and cobalt (binder phase).The physical properties of alloy depend on the grain size of WC and the percentage of hard phase,we have dozens of material grades for your different applications.

CIP Forming can eliminate the internal defects of raw sintered carbide blanks in particular. It can provide uniform density suppression products for the thick carbide strips/plate and special shape carbide products.
Cryogenic process
The internal stress can be removed through the cryogenic process to improve the micro-structure.

The internal stress can be removed through the vibration process to improve the overall performance.
Heat treatment
